Scuba Diving in Hermanus - South Africa

The richness in the marine life around Hermanus makes it a unique dive destination that you just can't help coming back to again and again!

Overview

Hermanus has a stunning array of reefs at various depths and all easily accessible within a short boat ride.

 

What you can see :- ±32 species of hard and soft corals including gorgonians , sea fans and sea whips. Large variety of sponges including spectacular giant orange wall sponges. Horsefish, shovel-nose lobsters, octopus, cuttlefish, klipvis, shysharks, pipefish, numerous nudibranchs, huge redbaits, jewel (strawberry) anenomes, Basket-stars, featherstars, sea-pens, starfish. And being the Cape, you are guaranteed sights of crayfish, abalone, kelp and sometimes seals anad dolphins!

NEPTUNE'S DIVERS

 

Neptune's Divers offer guided landbased and boat based dives to 50+ dive spots in the Hermanus area.

 

They offer a full service boat based diving experience on a 36ft Ocean Quest Catamaran.  Diving in style has never been so affordable.

PRICING

 

R1000 per 2 tank dive per person.

 

This includes all kit and refreshments (lunch & drinks) for your dive.

 

A 2 tank dive takes approximately 4 hours from launching to being back in the harbour.

Neptune's Divers are a PADI dive school offering the following courses :

Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Dive Master, Emergency First Response and a refresher course for those that have not dived recently.

SCUBA AFRICA NEW HARBOUR HERMANUS

 

Scuba Africa offer land and boat based dives in the Hermanus area departing from the New Harbour.  Boat dives take place from a rubberduck vessel.
