Your time in Damaraland is split between 2 locations. In South Damaraland you have the option to visit the Petrified Forest, Twyfelfontein rock engravings and Organ Pipes, whilst further north you have the option to visit the Afri Leo Project and a local Himba settlement.

Etosha is home to 4 of the Big 5 (elephant, rhino, leopard and lion) as well as a vast quantity of game and birdlife. You will spend 3 nights in bungalows inside the park at the restcamps which all have floodlit waterholes for excellent night time game viewing. Self driving your game drives in Etosha is very simple, the park is well laid out and there are many waterholes that you can visit. Should you wish to have a guided game drive or night drive during your stay in Etosha this can be organised by your tour consultant.

At Rundu you camp on the banks of the river. The lodge offers visists to local schools and churches and well as village visits to give you an insight to the lives of the people that reside there. You will stay for the next 3 nights on the banks of the Chobe River. Chobe National Park is an area rich in wildlife and birdlife. Huge herds of elephants and buffalo are a common sight. There are many activities to do in this area, early morning and afternoon game drives and afternoon game cruises on the Chobe River are exceptional.

Finally after your extensive game viewing journey it is a short drive to Victoria Falls. You can camp on the banks of the Zambezi River. Guided tours to the Falls are available but it is also very simple to visit by yourselves and the maps provided at the entrance provide all the information you will require. We highly recommend taking a sunset cruise on the Lady Livingstone as a perfect way to end your trip.
There are many optional activities available in the area ranging from bungy jumping, elephant rides, sunset steam train trips, white water rafting and helicopter trips. All these can be booked in advance by your tour consultant.
